EB19ZKXRWR1 Whirlpool Refrigerator - Instructions

Pulled out the refrigerator and removed the two panels from the rear of the refrigerator. Removed the fan held in by four screws and unplugged the connector. Soldered on the original connector, installed the fan to the motor and re-installed the unit into the refrigerator. Then blew out and vaccumed the condenser coils.

The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new ligh ... Unscrewed old broken part from the kickplate and attempted to install the new clip. Mounting screws would not go into the new clip. Had to drill out the mounting holes in the plastic clip using a #30 drill bit. Once the new clip was mounted, attempted to snap the kickplate back in place. Unfortunately at the left side the kickplate would ... Read more not fully mate with the metal clip on the refrigerator body and would not snap all the way back to the refrigerator front surface, as the right side does. At least the kickplate doesn't fall down onto the floor on the left side as it did before. I suspect there is an alignment problem with the left side refrigerator metal clip, but have not pursued that yet.

I noticed that the refrigerator was having trouble maintaining temperature. Thought it might be time for new one until I found out that a new frig was $5k to $7K. Just happened to notice that the light switch didn't look quite right (was not sitting sqaure to the door). Once I pressed it it came loose. I then realized the the lights we ... Read more re staying on (50 watts of heating). Replaced the switch and the frig started working like new.

Unscrew broken piece, pull it out and then insert new one, security it in place and connect water line again, make sure It's thight check for leaks and done

Great service. Unpluged old switch and pluged in new one. Works great

Replacement partfit perfectly.

Used a screwdriver to pry loose the old switch, swapped wires to the new switch and pushed it into the opening. Took about 2 minutes.

Pry old switch and pull out. Disconect two wires. Put two wires on new switch, must be inserted right and connections not loose. Put switch in, making shure wies do not come off and snap in place

Unplug appliance. Socket wrench to unscrew two screws. Module drops down. disconnected two press-on wires by prying off with screwdriver. Removed old switch. Press-fit new switch. Reconnected two wires (color coded). Screwed module back in place. Plug in appliance.

It was easy and quick to find the part that I needed, order it and have it shipped. The fill tube arived in 3 days and was easy to replace.

1. Unscrewed glass cover on bulb
2. Removed old bulb
3. Screwed in new bulb
4. Replaced glass cover
5. Mixed drink & baked cupcakes

First I had to tilt the refrigerator on wood on the supports under the refrigerator, the wheels were easy to get to then I unscrewed the old ones and replaced them with the new better wheels. The old ones where plastic.
