THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED, COULDN'T FIGURE 0UT HOW TO INSTALL THE NEW ROLLERS ON THE NEW RACK FINALLY INSTALLED THE OLD ROLLERS ON THE NEW RACK AND THEY WERE MUCH EASIER TO INSTALL I DONT UNDERSTAND
WHY THE NEW ROLLERS WERE THE SAME AS THE OLD ROLLERS

Snapped on the rollers, removed the center part from the old rack that sprays the water and snapped it on the new one. We then bent the back row down so it would acomodate my larger items. My old rack had that feature. You could either have the rack up or down. Now l

Insulation needed replacing

I searched for the 18x5x5 insulation.,ordered it from Part Select. Waited. Company sent wrong part. Called, they gave me a refund, reordered, promised 2 day free shipping. Waited more than a week, paid for 2 day shipping. Received same, wrong part. Still don't have repair done. Looking elsewhere for part.

the plastic pin that retains the spring has a head on one end that hits a plastic stop on the door to keep it from coming out. I used a small grinder and made a flat spot on the head diameter to make it easy to slide out. This is easier than trying to pry the door off the pin at the two retaing snaps. clips were brittle and would break off.
Once the pin is slid out, it is a matter to hold the new spring holes in line with the pin. rotate pin so flat side you ground is turned up, so pin will not move out that way. Tiij about an hour

I called to order two springs and your salespersons were very helpful. The two springs were sent immediately. my husband pulled out our under-the-counter dishwasher and replaced both springs within 30 minutes

The rack came with pictorial instructions which were fairly veg, however they were to the point. The wheels snapped into place easily, and the center water transfer tube twisted off the old one and twisted on the new one just fine. I ordered a new rack, snapped the stuff together, and slid the old one out and the new one in. Fit beautifully. Piece of cake and much cheaper than a new dishwasher.
