Assemblies snap on, no tools needed

I took the pin and i slide it through the first hole attached the spring then sldie it through the second hole and snap the cover on

Remove completely the old one and installed the new entire kit.

You slide the pin that holds the door in the first hole. then you slide the spring in next. The you slide the pin through the last hole. After that you gently push the door onto the pin till it snaps into place. And your done.

I knew I needed a faucet adapter, but thought I could just go to my local home depot and get the part...not so much. After 3 trips and not getting the part I truly needed I ordered the part from partselect. Ordered a new Faucet Adapter! Simple

Unscrewed the old one and replaced it with the new one. My wife actually ordered this Pat and repaired the dishwasher.

Found the adapter on Parts select through a google search. Unscrewed the existing faucet aerator and srewed in the adapter. The plastic shrink wrap holds the washer and screen in place, so don't open it until you're ready to install. Finger snug does it, only use the pliers to remover the old aerator from the faucet. replaced the faucet adapter I did not save when I change out the kitchen sink faucet set

Put on new door, making sure the spring was set to flip the detergent door open in order for the detergent to properly do the dishes

Tried using my hands to bend back the locking plastic connectors enough to get them onto the metal upper storage rack;was afraid of breaking the connectors so I used my utility tool needle nose pliers to give me leverage. This time I was successful. Believe me,it was frustrating for what seemed a long time. No,for me it was not easy.

Turn off the breaker to the dishwasher - there will be water very near the motor and other electrical components. I first scooped and towelled all the water out of the bottom of the dishwasher. The drain valve can be accessed from the bottom front of the dishwasher without pulling the unit out from under the counter. There were 4 screw ... Read more s to remove the 2 bottom metal panels. Next use pliers to loosen and slide back the hose clamp connected to the drain. Have a towel ready and pull the drain hose off the white check valve. The check valve can then be removed by unscrewing it - you may need to use pliers. Put the new one on and everything back together.

Had to clip the part onto the upper rack. It was a little tight at first, then all of a sudden it just snapped in. Voila, as good as new.
