Removed cover (top and sides) Found problem. Broken release. Removed control and removed old broken release lever. With a screw driver removed the broken piece. Ordered parts from PartSelect and received them the next day. Great service. When we received the parts we put it all back together.

Screw drivers, Socket set
I removed the microwave from the cabinet. Removed the 3 screws on the rear side to remove the shroud. Next I removed the screw at the top of the touch panel. That allowed me to lift the panel enough to remove the original release handle, and install the new one. Works great!
