DLB2880AAC Hotpoint Dryer - Parts

This restring coil kit is used to replace the existing coil in a dryer's heating element.

With this high limit/safety thermostat, a dryer's heating element will cut out if the internal temperature reaches 260 degrees Fahrenheit. This element is meant as a safety device, will kick back in when the temperature drops to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. (Limit: 260-50)

Replaces "T" and "V" style motors. Includes two motor pulleys. If you have an older model dryer, the pulley may be pressed on or held on with a set screw. If pulley is pressed on, a new motor pulley must be ordered.

This part has three terminals. Note: Use the two smaller terminals for models that only have two wires to the switch.

This dryer drum belt goes around the dryer drum and the pulleys to rotate the drum once motor is activate.

This heating element coil restring kit is intended for use with many of GE's brands of electric clothes dryers. It carries 250 volts, and includes two coils.

Use this cycling thermostat with your GE brand clothes dryer. It has a limit of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and a differential of 15 degrees. This means that with this thermostat, your dryer's heating element will cut out at 140 degrees Fahrenheit and cycle back on when the dryer's internal temperature drops by 15 degrees.
