Genuine Dewalt replacement part, this item is sold individually. The N089668 Steel Ball is part of the chuck assembly of the Impact Drivers shown below. When you pull back the sleeve of the chuck assembly and insert your bit, the Steel Ball is the part that locks the bit in the chuck assembly.

This is an authentic OEM part used in DeWALT and Porter Cable impact drivers. It fits between the anvil assembly and the sleeve. If it becomes lost or broken it will need replacing and a screwdriver may be needed during the installation. This part is made of urethane, a hard plastic, and is available individually.
