First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires.

Removed what was left of the original clips. Pressed in the new clips and snapped in the themostat blub

Determining the correct bake element to order was the most difficult part. Once I received the part, it took me 2 minutes to unscrew the back panel, detach the wires, connect the new wires and re-connect the back pannel - turned the oven on to test - and we were all set just in time for Chistmas baking.

Simply removed old element,2 screws,clean'd oven b/4 install'n new one,reconnect'd 2 wires,2 screws & yea oven wrks again. My husband was very happy as the oven is 34 yrs old,I just copied the model #,went 2 u'r web site,& we r very happy campers,so thank you very much.

unscrew the old ones and replaced the new one - easy as that! Savings of over $300.00 if I need to buy a new one! Thanks for the speedy service after I ordered it.

Found the model number, called the local parts store, they quoted $60 + $10 shipping because it was a warehouse order or something. So I came hear and got it for $42 + $7 shipping!

This was an easy thing to do. Take the two screws off the back, pull the wires out, pull off the connectors, get the new element, replace the connectors, make a hole in the insulation, fish the wires back behind the insulation, screw the mounting screws and turn it on. Very simple, unscrew the old element. Remove the electrical spade connectors and reverse to install new element. The folks at parts select.com were very helpful and even after I ordered the wrong part, the return process was hassle free. Prompt shipping, very happy.

Turned off power, first then removed two screws
from bracket holding element. Then removed two
screws from element mounting bracket. I then
disconnected two wires using piers, and one with
a screwdriver. then put the newone in, in reverse.

Pulled the old one out and installed the new one
