I had to remove the glass shelve, the two drawers, and the middle rail. Once I did that, I slide the unit out together. I placed the unit on the floor and removed the one screw located on the far backside of the unit. After the old part was removed, I put the new part on. Put the two screws back on and snap the cover back on. Then I put the whole unit back in. This included the glassshelve and drawers. Took out both draws and glass shelf, removed the entire lower shelf housing. I snapped off the front rail aluminum face to expose the screw. Unscrewed both screws and removed the rail and then just reversed the procedure to put new rail on. It was the most cost effective way of doing it. 5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.

No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.

I pulled out the shelf and removed the 2 screws holding the broken side rail to the shelf frame. I then screwed the new rail in and set the shelf back in.

The bottom shelf of my Mom's fridge broke. I found the part I needed and went to repair it. Realized both sides were broken. Ordered other side as well. Two screws in front, two screws in back. Front side had a metal strip covering screws. Had to pull that off to get to screws. Snapped back on after repair.

I had one of my guy friends do it for me. It took him less than 10 minutes, and probably would have been quicker if he had a better screw driver. Mine is a cheap girly one that he could not get a good grip on.

Both side rails were busted. the parts were precise and it was extremely easy. Thanks again.

I ordered the part one day and it was in my refrigerator by the next day. No tools required. You guys are incredible. This is the second time I ordered parts from you. You never disappoint!!

The entire frame that holds the two crisper drawers pulls right out. After that, it's just a matter of unscrewing the broken part, snapping in and screwing the new part and sliding the whole thing back in.

The repair was very simple. The longest part was taking everything off the shelf in the refrigerator so that the slide rail could be removed. First i removed the vegetable drawers and slide rails. Removed two screws from the old rail then replaced it with the new one. Then replaced the vegetable drawers. It was that simple. Removed the broken rail (2 screws), replaced the new rail (2 screws), reassembled all in about 8 minutes. It was AWESOME!!!
