Very easy to repair-Went online-Found diagrahm-Ordered part-and presto it was fixed.
Very good schematic to go by. If you can read you most likely can fix it.

We taped the door with 3 pieces of duct tape, then put boards under it. Used socket set to remove cam and then cut off rivet so we could just use a screw to keep in place. . . The disassembly and reassembly was straightforward but the parts diagram was very helpful to help you get it back together. Make sure you get the convexity of the clip that retains the clear plastic barrel to the auger pointing in the right direction. I did not replace the plate so I cleaned it and painted it with epoxy paint before I reassembled.

Took door off. Replaced two cams at bottom of door, referencing those on the bottom of the freezer door. Also followed a video on the net. Worked like a jewel!

I watched the video online, and said, "hey, I can do that." And yep, I did. I'm pretty comfortable with handyman work - but had never tackled a frig door before. The door closing cam that had completely come apart turned out to be straight forward to fix with the replacement part.

watched the video on changing the cam and then did the repair as per the instructions. the job was easy and now the door works as it should. that saved me lots of money by doing it myself. thanks, Martin.

Emptied the old draws and removed the old sliders. Took time to screw the new ones in. The draws are not as nice as the original ones.

The parts recommended were exactly what I needed. The comment section on not paying attention during the removal were very helpful. I took a picture before totally taking everything apart. Thanks for the added comment.

Ther was a video on how to repalce this part on your web site. Describing what tools were needed saved me running back and forth to my tool box. I watched the video on the webpage and did as he did. it was quick and easy. didn't realize the importance of this little part until it broke

Took the hinge of the top and lifted door of the bottom. Replaced cams and reinstalled

1. Watched the video on how to make the repair. 2. Used the tools recommended. 3. Followed easy instructions as demonstrated on video, and Viola! It was repaired.

Replaced auger and front helix kit.
