with a phillips screwdriver I removed the old handle and replaced it with the new one. Very easily done. The parts I ordered came when I was told they would. The whole experience was a "piece of cake".

door handle on my old fridge was cracked and ready to break
The new part arrived and looked a perfect match. When I took the old one off and tried to install the new one, I found a couple of plastic parts on the inside of the top piece that had not existed on the old handle, and were in the way of properly installing the new one. It took a while to cut them out with a razor blade, but the new handle is now on, seems fine.
