To replace the shower screen, start by emptying the machine and turning it on its back. Remove the screw securing the outer shower screen so you can detach it from the group head. Insert the back end of a flathead screwdriver into the gap between the seal and the inner shower screen and carefully pry it out. Once the seal is removed, you can detach the inner shower screen.
