ASI2575GRW02 Maytag Refrigerator - Instructions

I took a chance and ordered a switch that is next to the top of the door. looked for how to remove it easily done in ten minutes works fine last long time.

The repair was super easy. It took all of 10 seconds. From ordering the part to repair, I would use part select 100%! Excellent company with excellent parts. Thank you!

Removed ice tray and unbolted front cover. Removed broken piece and snapped new ice deflector in place. Reinstalled front cover and put ice tray back into freezer. Cycled crushed ice, works great!

System not cooling. removed back cover and notice fan not rotating. Looked up unit and found diagram. Ordered motor which was received in less than 5 business days.
Replacement was super easy. Just unscrewed from frame, pulled off fan, put fan on new motor and remounted back in frame. Took 10 minutes tops.

Followed the extremely helpful video on the web site. It was easy to remove, replace, and install the new part, following their video. Saved time and money, and I didn’t lose anymore of my hair!

The light rocker switch wasnt working. I found the part on the web site. It was so easy. I used a screw driver to pop out the old one and pop the new one in. It took 5 min. Thanks!!!

Very simple fix, remove 3 screws, two connectors to the old switch

I removed the switch housing (4 screws), replacing the switch in the housing was a snap. It took 5 minutes, cost $8 and light works like new!

Why didn't I order this part and do the repair earlier? Very simple.

Removed the ice brucket,
Removed the light shield by releasing one screw using a nutdriver.
Replacing the bulb and reinstalled the light shield.

Your web site is one of the best and most helpfull service sites I ever used. Just wish that in the future you will ship parts overseas.

I just followed the excellent Video for both parts. The door gasket is tedious but doable, just take a deep breath and press on. Putty knife is handy to push edge of gasket under the plastic lip. The closer devices take 3 minutes - simple R&R. Check the videos - they're pretty clear and detailed.

Took off the rear cardboard cover, unscrewed the old valve, checked to see if there was enough tubing to fit if I cut the tubing. removed the 2 electric connectors, Cut the tubing 3, installed the 2 electric plugs, inserted the 3 tubes, mounted the new valve, replaced the cardboard cover. I checked for leaks, and very soon heard the valve ... Read more filling the icemaker tray, and soon, Ice cubes again.

Ordered Ice Bin Auger and changed with no problem. Found how to change on YouTube and followed video.

Unplugged freezer turned off water removed 3 nut screws Unplugged old ice maker installed new ice maker

Took old ice maker out; put in new ice maker.
