Took off the rear cardboard cover, unscrewed the old valve, checked to see if there was enough tubing to fit if I cut the tubing. removed the 2 electric connectors, Cut the tubing 3, installed the 2 electric plugs, inserted the 3 tubes, mounted the new valve, replaced the cardboard cover. ON PART DESCRIPTION EXPLODED PICTURE OF PARTS, I ORDER PART #6 (CONTROL PANEL PLASTIC FACE PLATE) AND WAS SENT PART #3 (DRAIN PLATE)
ALL I NEEDED WAS THE BLACK PLASTIC FACE PLATE.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered Ice Bin Auger and changed with no problem. Found how to change on YouTube and followed video.

i didn't repair replace capacitor, bi metal defrost thermostat and still not freeze also replace light door switch any suggestion thanks

Took old ice maker out; put in new ice maker.

pulled the control panel removed 2 screws holding the board unpluggedwiring harneses plugged in new board mounted it plugged in the fridge and set the thermostats it came on and temps holding for 5 days so far, very pleased with ease of repair and results, very easy.

So, easy my daughter had them set up before by the time I made it home from work..

First I removed the screw holding the ice door shaft (at the rear of the ice container). Removed clip of which the screw was holding in place (no need to remove the clip from the shaft). Then I removed the front cover screws, separated front cover from ice container. Door shaft is removed with front cover assembly, no need to remove a ... Read more nything else from front cover. Pulled out auger shaft, removed circlip (snap ring) and washer from front of shaft. Used an adjustable wrench to remove plastic nut from front end of shaft. CAUTION - the plastic nut is reverse thread, make sure to turn it clockwise to loosen and remove. Pulled off broken auger then reassembled with new auger in the reverse order as previously described.

Very simply change old part just by hand

I pulled the socket out and unplugged the wires. I replaced the light socket by plugging in the wires and snapping the light socket into place. A very simple fix.

I removed the three small bolts (under cosmetic cap) located on the right top hand side of the refrigerator and pulled off the door. Replaced the top and bottom cams, put back on the door, screws and cap. Door works like new and the Wife loves it.
