It attaches to accessories such as the turbo nozzle, crevice tool, and overmolded bristle brush. This black plastic part measures 18-1/2" long. It is sold individually.

This is a small clear plastic part made by Eureka for Air Speed vacuums. This is part of the Separation System Module (included in part # 84665-2). It fits onto the bottom of the inner cyclone and the top of the screen, inside the cyclone housing cup assembly. One cone is included.
