I received the part the very next day which was awesome, but when I went to install it, there was a connection discrepency on the back of the switch, and the screw holes were completely off in the front where it connects to the unit. broken control knobs

I opened the package. I tool out the plastic bag containing the replacement knobs. (I ordered two). I lined up the knob that needed replacing and pushed it on. The replacement knobs are of a better quality than the original and shouldn't break like the old ones. After this repair I was exhausted and took a nap.

The part was easy to remove and replace. Instructions were easy to understand. Once removed and replaced. The a/c worked great. I could control the temp and not be freezing all the time.

Knob was very difficult to attach. It fits very tight.
