AMV3 Microwave - Instructions

The lady in the Nova Scotia call center should get all the credit for being able to identify the part I needed from only the very limited information I was able to give her. Employee of the month for her. She also had such a great can do attitude. Lawence Baier

Ordered the item on a Monday at 12pm and it arrived the next day. Amazing!

I just opened the box and set it in. Took all of two minutes.

Removed the glass cover and replaced the bulb. Very simple.

I had no problem installing the new filter. Just used a phillips screw driver to remove the two screws holding the vent cover in place. Cleaned the dust out of the ducts and reinstalled the new filter. The screws must be held to the screw driver with your finger tips so you don't drop them in the vent cover. My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. Arrived in 24hours!!! Great.

Removed 2 screws on the top of the microwave and removed top/front piece of microwave. Slid out old filter (which didn't look dirty at all) and replaced it with the new one. Replaced top/front piece and 2 screws. It took less than 5 minutes.

Twas really easy considering that all I had to do was place the plate back in the microwave. Easy Peasey

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. slide into place under hood

I unscrewed the filter cover, replaced the charcoal filter and replace the cover. The other wire mesh filter slides right into place. You sent me the right parts for my filter replacement on my microwave. Easy install. Thanks
