Part #DE96-00414A
This is the main latch assembly for various models of Samsung microwaves. This assembly is a main component for the door of the microwave that features three switches that detect the door itself and hold the switches in place. If your microwave and its fans are running when the door is open, a single switch on this assembly or all of them are bad and must be replaced for your microwave to turn off. This OEM assembly is built of a plastic chassis and only features the three switches, but not the securing screws necessary, and will require a screwdriver to replace.

Damper
Part #DE72-40022A
This vent damper is a genuine OEM replacement part that is compatible with various models of Samsung over-the-range microwaves with ventilation systems. It is responsible for regulating the airflow in the microwave venting system. When the microwave is not in use, the damper remains closed to prevent outside air from entering the microwave cavity. However, when you are using the microwave, the damper opens to allow air and steam from the cooking area to be vented out. This helps to remove cooking odors, steam, and excess heat from the kitchen. If the damper is damaged, corroded, or worn down, it will need to be replaced to ensure efficient ventilation and maintain the air quality in your kitchen.

This is an individual socket lamp compatible with various makes and models of microwaves. Made of plastic and featuring 2 male terminals on one end and a female socket on the other, this OEM part is designed to hold the light bulb within the microwave. If the light within your microwave is flickering or experiencing any other issues, check to make sure the bulb itself is not the issue before checking to see if the socket may need replacing. To replace this socket, you will need to disconnect your microwave from its wall outlet, and a screwdriver to gain access to the electrical panel where this socket is held. Reference your user manual for exact placement of this socket in your microwave.

Microwave Capacitor
Part #W10850446
This authentic high-voltage capacitor stores and supplies electrical energy to the magnetron so that your microwave can heat up your food. It is a cylindrical component located inside the control area of the microwave. If the capacitor malfunctions, you may hear buzzing or humming noises, witness sparks or arcing inside the microwave, or experience inconsistent or no heating of your food. As microwaves use high voltage, exercise extreme caution during the repair process to avoid injury. Even when unplugged, the capacitor retains a significant electrical charge. To replace it, start by unplugging the microwave and removing the glass turntable and support before proceeding. Refer to the user guide for instructions on accessing the capacitor within the cabinet. Discharge the capacitor by creating a short circuit between each terminal and between each terminal and the chassis. Do so by using a pair of insulated-handle needle-nose pliers to simultaneously touch both terminals. Alternatively, you can use a well-insulated screwdriver, touching one terminal and gently sliding it forward to the other terminal, holding it there for a few seconds. Avoid touching the metal part of the tool and be aware that this can result in a loud and startling popping sound. Once discharged, you can safely disconnect the wires and remove the mounting fasteners. Please note that this OEM replacement part is sold individually.
