AMC2 - Instructions

Replaced with new microwave. Acquired the same model so it would fit in the space and be covered by the frame border. Screwed base and vent protector in place , slid it all into the space and screwed on the frame. Had plugged it in for testing . Turned it on and am using it today....bought a 4yr extension warranty. Did replace it but a few days later the whole microwave stopped because of the heater element.

No repair needed just had to replace the Turntable Guide with Rollers. What was the best was how quick the item was delivered and the email notifications sent to where the item was. Such fantastic customer service. Thank you and Keep it up. Great company!

Did not repair. Tried ordering replacement and Whirlpool doesn't have a record of the model number on my microwave. You sent a substitute tray and it was much too large for my microwave and I had to pay to send it back.

Pretty easy tear down and assembly once I removed it from cabinet (built in micro)

My daughter was trying to run the microwave timer and ended up nuking the cooking tray, which shattered. First web place I found wanted 55$ for this tray and this site sold it for 19.99. It shipped super quickly. I am very pleased with this company!
