If your clothes washer is leaking, it is likely that there could be an issue with one of the hoses. If the hoses are in working order, you should check the washers connecting the hose to your unit. Rubber washers are tasked with enhancing the seal between the hose and washer. A faulty or damaged washer will not be able to perform this properly, and water will be able to leak from the poor connection. First I removed the relay and over load and exam. Saw that the relay was burnt. Before I order the part I check to see if the compressor was still working by jumping the common start and run terminals.It did. I also checked the start capacitor with a capacitor tester it was good. I than order the part which came the very next day.Installe d the part

My A/C unit quit working on the hottest day of the year! I had this A/C unit for 13 years and I just knew I'd never find a fan blade for the same make and model, so I tried to go purchase a new one but couldn't find one big enough since it was so late in the season.

After receiving the fan blade, I popped off the old one and put on the new one! The A/C unit worked like new once again!! It even blew colder air than before! The hardest part about the entire process was getting the13 year old fan blade off! I'd recommend your website to anyone looking for a part!

old fan motor made horrible screeching sound and siezed up

Removed 4 hex head screws around base of metal housing and 2 screws on bottom front holding on plastic grating and one screw holding housing to switch plate at top front. Hinged grating on back just pops off. Removed two screws holding fan motor on. Unclipped wire terminals (2). Bolted new fan in place.

One hitch was that o ne of the little terminal connectors that came with this fan motor was too small, so I had to buy some the right size, and strip the wire and crimp one of those on.

Also, this fan motor is two-speed, and my old dehumidifier is one-speed, so, according to the very helpful instructions, I just taped off one of the wires (not the one I would have guessed--it has you replacing the red with the black and taping off the new red one).

Then reassembled in reverse order, of course.

The only other thing is just that this stinkin' thing was so expensive, but it works fine. It's been humming away for days now, and my basement is once again in the pocket, about 50 - 55% humidity.

And it was pretty easy.
