ut said she would allow me to return it if it didn't. She sent the remote control out that day, I had it in 2 days. Not only did it totally solve the problem, it saved me a lot of money. Though these companies are not allowed to give technical advice, she was very helpful, friendly & efficient.

Removed old filter and put in new one - its not rocket science.
I do want to note that delivery was timely and the new filter was in perfect condition.
