Replacing this pump is pretty easy. Disconnect the power and drain hose, and pull your dishwasher out from the counter. Lay it on its side on a towel. There WILL be spillage. Read more pair of thick rubber holders which can be pulled off by hand. That's it!

After removing the pump, I disassembled it to find out why these fail so soon. It's a very poor design. I found that the nose of the electric motor, where the bearings are located, sits in a plastic cup formed by the top of the pump body. Any leakage from the pump around the motor shaft will be held in place against the motor bearing. It has no place to go. This causes rusting of the bearing. I expect I'll be replacing this one in a few years. :(

But kudos to PartsSelect for getting the right pump assembly for me, after getting the wrong one from another supplier!

Ordered the roller from Parts Select, slid the roller over the little spindle sticking out of the bottom rack and snapped it in place. Job done in less than one minute.

Saw a YouTube video that explained the problem was the pump. Removed dishwasher from under the counter, flipped it on its side, and unplugged the unit. Removed bottom cover and the pump is right there. Used pliers to lose and move 3 hose clamps. Unplugged 3 wires and unscrewed the ground. Unhooked rubber hold downs and removed. Inst ... Snapped the rollers on.

Took off the broken one and snap on the new one.

The parts are wrong and am trying to return them. There was no return information included with delivery. Calling the Customer Service number for assistance did not work.

I would just like to return these rollers and would like a return address.

This was my first time repairing a dishwasher. I watched YouTube on how to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet. Therefore, my wife and I decided to , make an attempt to repair this one with a backup plan of buying a new one. Luckily, we were able to fix this one within two hours.

This was a $999 dishwasher. We saved the cost of a new dishwasher by taking the time to fix this one.

Snap off old broken holder . Snap new holders in. No issues.

I ordered four wheels to replace the two that were broken and to have two as spares. The wheels are to be snapped onto the bottom of the lower basket. The new wheels broke upon being installed. My extra wheels came in handy. I put them in very hot water for a few minutes to soften the plastic. I put a little Vaseline on the post they were ... Read more to be attached to. The wheels then slid on and snapped correctly.

Took a picture of damaged part and searched internet. Found exact match at partsselect.com. Received parts in a reasonable amount of time. Snapped parts into place. Job complete.

you need to carefully apply a little pressure to the rail moving it back towards the back of the tub, this will let it unhook from the tub, then just slide the new rail into place.

These were a simple snap on item. It took longer to carry the parts from the porch that to install. Recently purchased house. Rollers were missing due to overload?? Removed the remaining roller pieces. Cleaned and straightened the axle shafts, spray lubed the tray and snapped the new pieces in place.
