Thermostat with Clip and Guide
Part #WP1160325
This thermostat is for residential air conditioners and is responsible for regulating temperature. The thermostat comes with the clip to attach it to your AC and a visual guide to help with the repair. If your thermostat will not cool properly, or the compressor will not switch on or off, you could have a faulty thermostat. Before you replace your thermostat, remove it from the unit and clear any dust or debris that has built up, because a buildup of dust can interfere with the reading. If the issue continues, you should replace the part. Make sure the power is disconnected to your air conditioning unit before you begin the repair.
