Our turntable broke and wouldn't rotate

The turntable wouldn't rotate any more. The problem was the plastic roller guide (under the turntable glass) had cracked where it attached to the shaft. I installed the new part, it fit perfectly, now works great!

The turntable in my microwave quit moving

It took more time to find the item number on the web site than to do the repair. 3 days later it arrived by delivery, then out of the box into the microwave- perfect fit.

Turntable Roller Guide Turned, But Glass Plate Did Not Turn. White Rollers Became Flat.

Intermittent loss of power in open and closing door.

Make sure 110v at the transformer. Activate switch controlled by the push button to open and close door. Push in the small metal arm on the switch with none metallic probe. If power is restored to microwave the switch is faulty and need replacement. One switch is not available, the whole 3 switch assemble has to be purchased.

synchronized motor died a terrible death and stopped turning.

Eight screws off the bottom exposed the cover plate. Easily found the motor location the looked up the item number and verified data and ordered the part. Replaced the motor, tightened the screws and flipped it upright. Plugged it in and the lights came on. Set a time pushed start and smiled! The eagle had landed!!!!

remove 4 screws from top, front louvered panel snaps out. remove 1 screw from top of keypad, keypad pivot's forward and can be removed. There is a white mounting bracket inside left. Remove two screws, one top and one bottom, bracket lifts up and out. 3 sets wires are attached, mark them with masking tape, top, center, bottom and pull out

plugs. They can only attach one way. Using a very small screw tip, lift plastic latch from switch, it rotates out and is removed from the pivot pin. reassemble in reverse order after switches are replaced
