Pliers, Screw drivers
took the outside case off and took 4 screws out to remove the black plastic brackets. Loosed the metal frame holder. Remove all the broken pieces of the fan. Then removed a nut and a lock washer remove the broken fan. Replace the fan put the lock washer and nut back on and reassembled the brackets and outside case. Put unit back into
