958WF-CLZ Admiral Range - Instructions

Removed old drip bowls, removed burners installed new drip bowls,installed burners. They fit perfect and I received them two days after ordering.

Took the old ones out and put in the new ones! What I am so pleased about it that I just went online and at Parts Select website it was easy to find what I needed, a fair price and the 4 bowls arrived within 2 days!

Took out burner (pulls out) Took out one screw that holds recep. in, cut the two old wires and attached new wires with wire nuts included in the new package.

Grandson spent 1/2 hour installing unit and 15 minutes of that time was trying to get the very short grounded screw to begin to thread. It was a very small space to work in and it kept falling out. The instructions were a lot to be desired - almost nothing. He went to YouTube and got very explicit instructions. Then he had no problem ... Read more as to what to do. Removed what was left of the original clips. Pressed in the new clips and snapped in the themostat blub

This wasn't much of a repair -- rather a replacement of a simple abused part. At the same time, PartSelect allowed me to order what I needed after two failed attempts to buy replacements that would fit the range. I'll remember PartSelect if we need parts for other older appliances in the rental units.

Pulled out the old burners and put in the new ones.

I removed the old and repaced with new. I never ordered anything one day and got it the next. I'm impressed

Ordered and received the terminal block. Installed it along with a new 220V power cord and the appropriate insulator . Ensured the terminals were tight with a nut driver. Reinstalled cover. Then, using the control panel, I did a function check on all the heating elements, clock, oven light, to satisfy all operational requirements. All ch ... Read more ecked good! And, I was relieved that the control panel had not been shorted out as the terminal block was due to a loose connection. Easy fix.

Remove burner elements. Remove old drip pans. Thoroughly clean stove top under drip pan edges, and under top cover. Install new drip pans. Install burner elements.

Removed burner and then burner pan.Then replaced pan and reinstalled burner.

Was glad to get the correct ones for a 30 year old stove. Had already wasted $12 shipping trying to order from someone else.
