However to prevent burning the element in the first place, it is strongly suggested to push that broil button twice so that it is set to low temp. It is too easy

to use the high setting which will shorten the elements life by 40 - 60 %. Also, keep the oven door partially open when using the broiler. Like the manual tells you!!!

Unplugged the Range and removed the two screws holding down the cook top. You do not need to remove the vent chamber at the rear of the range since the top lifts up about 4 inches. This should be enough room to get your hand onto the plug going to the door switch. Pull off the plug and remove the swich. Pop in the new one, put on the

Be sure to reconnect wire in the same orientation as the original fan (right side to white wire). Repeat process for the second fan in the upper control compartment. Handy trick for re-installing hex head screw in deep location....use a small piece of electrical tape to hold the hex head screw head inside the socket driver. After tightening is completed the tape will fall away from the screw.
Check that all wiring connections are back in place and tight. Re-install cover and turn the breaker back on. Test the oven out by heating it up again. It will take approximately 30 minutes to reach a steady state temperature inside the oven so that the circulation fans in the control panel turn on.

Turned off the oven power at the breaker. Removed the oven door by opening it all the way down. Flip the two metal tabs, one on each side, so the door releases. I used a flathead screwdriver to do it. Close door almost all the way and lift up to remove. Once the door is removed, there are two screws in the back of the oven connected to th
