It is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty lamp socket assembly that secures the light bulb, please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams for the correct location and application of this hardware. This motor is supplied by the original manufacturer for use in exhaust fans. It has a body diameter of 3 1/8 inches, a height of 2 inches, and a shaft diameter of 0.25 inches. If the motor in an exhaust fan fails, the fan will stop working, leading to increased humidity from lack of ventilation, poor air quality, and inadequate air circulation. Begin the repair by ensuring that the power to the exhaust fan is turned off at the circuit breaker. Remove the fan cover to access the motor and carefully disconnect the electrical wires connecting the motor to the power supply. Remove the motor from its housing and place the new motor in its place. Secure it in place with the appropriate mounting hardware and reconnect the electrical wires to the appropriate terminals. Reattach the fan cover to complete your repair.

This is an authentic Nutone replacement part, sold individually. Includes wheel and clip. The Blower Wheel is the part that rotates inside the fan housing, producing airflow. It is compatible with the fan models listed below. Repair is fairly easy, requiring only a screwdriver.
