8610 - Instructions

the part arrived in two days. Just had to remove the old one and pop in the new one and it was that easy. I was amazed at how soon the part was delivered and happy to have a working burner again.

pulled out old burner and pushed in new burner.
No tools needed.

Simply removed new burner from box and plugged it in! Very pleased with 3 day speedy delivery. Confident my 32 year old cooktop will continue to give many more years of service with any parts needed from PartSelect.

After finding the correct Y-frame, inches and watts in a surface burner, it was easy to just slide in the slots. Tested, and it was perfect. Now it makes all of the other burners look bad. Thanks. Your site was the only one, that I was sure I had the correct part.

extremely easy to replace the burner. I just pulled out the old burner and replaced with new one. The whole process took less than ten minutes.

Repair? What repair? I just removed the old drip bowl and replaced it with the new one. Piece of cake.

Take off cover then the bottom. Transformer is on the bottom plate and wires won't let it come all the way off, too many wires to pull off so will have to position the bottom plate so you can get to the motor. Cut broken wire and existed wire off and put splice on both new and old wires to connect them.
It's easy job.

I removed the burner elements for three burners by lifting the surface top and unplugging them. I snapped out the plug sockets that were burned out and cut the two wires, one element at a time. Using the included wire nuts I stripped the ends of the cut wire and connected each wire to one of the wires on the new socket. Once the wires ... Unplug.Take off the external cowling from the back of the unit by removing the torx security screws. new drip bowl fit perfectly and was a snap to install.

Just pull the old out from the stove and put new one on the stove and then tested the burner that is working fine. Thank you very much for order the part. Have a great day.
