Bearing Flange
Part #01014200
This OEM flange bearing in your lawn equipment supports smooth movement in the gear case and impeller. It reduces friction and ensures stability for rotating components like gears or impeller shafts. If the flange bearing is damaged, you may hear grinding or squeaking sounds, and it may show signs of cracks, wear, or deformation. Neglecting a broken flange bearing can lead to additional damage to the gear case and impeller assembly, potentially causing equipment failure. To remove a faulty bearing, turn the machine off and disconnect it from any power source. Remove any covers, guards, or components that provide access to the gear case and impeller assembly. This may involve loosening screws, bolts, or clips. Consult your user manual to locate the flange bearing. Use a screwdriver or wrench to remove any fasteners that secure the flange bearing before detaching the bearing itself. Please note that this flange bearing is sold individually and does not include any accompanying hardware.
