Covered the sidewall with tape to protect. Pried the switch out with knife blade and removed electric plug with needle nose pliers. placed plug in new switch and pushed switch into the hole in the side wall. Took about five minutes.

The switch became intermittent - Possibly a poor designe

Used a small screw driver inserted into the front of the switch (facing the front) and pried until the switch was coming out. When out, I removed the connect harness and replace the switch with a new one.

Easy install, small screwdriver under back of old switch push out and pull out with small pliers. unsnap the old plug and install new. YOUR DONE

The 2 minute or so video was not exactly matching the model that we had but the instructions were very good and important. The switch was a little difficult to get out from the side of the refrigerator.

In plug refrigerator. Pry old switch out with flat blade screwdriver. Disconnect wiring from old switch and plug into new switch. Push back into refrigerator. Plug unit back in. Lights and fan should now work. Check for cold air coming out in freezer.

My son just pried out the old switch with a screw driver snapped out the old one and snapped in the new one. Pretty sure even I could have done this. Very quick and easy. Thanks. :-)

Cover the putty knife with tape so you do not scratch the side wall where the switch is located. Slide the knife under the edge of the switch and push in a bit towards the switch and slightly twist to pop the switch out of its hole. Pulled the fridge out of its space. Removed a metal shield which covered the bottom 12" of the fridge with a Philips head screw driver. a "C" clip which can be pulled off with needle-nose pliers. Removed the old pump, held with one Philips head screw. Then installed the new pump, reconnected the lines, replaced the metal shield and turned the water back on. Vacuumed the fridge and its space before cleaning up. The ice-maker now works perfectly.

Refrigerator light had a short in it and would randomly work

Unplugged the fridge. Used a screwdriver to loosen the switch. Easy to disconnect from fridge and just plugged the new switch in. Popped right back into the side of the fridge and worked perfectly.

I removed the cover from the rear of the unit, with a screwdriver. Then with a adjustable wrench unscrewed the top nut of the water valve.I then removed the screw holding the valve to the wall of the fridge.
