It was SO easy. No clamps or brackets. Grabbed the gasket with pliers to get started removing it - just pull it out of the deep groove inset around the perimeter of the door. Within one minute I had the old gasket removed. Started installing the new gasket by inserting the top right corner 1st (pushing the new gasket profile into the ... Read more deep groove inset on the door). Working around the top and right side slowly inserting the gasket profile into the deep groove around the entire door. You may have to "adjust" a bit by pulling on the gasket but within 5 minutes I had the new gasket in-place never having to turn off the refrigerator. YouTube has great "how-to" videos. It's easy!

It was easy; just pull off the old gaskets and press in the new. Used the putty knife to help set the new gasket, but was really not needed. The flat shipping pack helped because there were no kinks or folds to worry about.

Took 2 screws out , pushed flapper up, unhooked wire connector, reversed to install new door. Less than 5 minutes. So easy , a caveman could do it.

Have had the Sears repairman come to the house to replace this part in 5 minutes for +$100.. twice. When my dad's stopped working, ordered the part and replaced it myself for the cost of the part and shipping.

Switched the refrigerator circuit breaker to off. Put tape around the switch to prevent scratches. Wedged the putty knife into the right side of the switch and pried up.the switch and connector popped out. Removed the connector from the old switch and connected it to the socket in the new switch. Stuffed the new switch and connector back ... Read more into its home. Switched on the circuit breaker. Now we have light in the refrigerator with every opening!

started in a corner of the door and pulled out the old gasket and inserted the new gasket by being sure to start each corner before pushing in the center so it fits good first. extremely easy.

I followed the directions! It was so easy that I bought another switch for my sister's fridge (same as mine). Her light was out too!

An easy way to get a refrigerator out from the wall is to use a tow strap or 1/2 to 3/4 in. rope. Throw a loop behind refer while keeping both ends in your hands. Let it settle down to the lower half of unit and pull using both hands. Comes right out.

Turn off water supply valve at wall. Unplug Power. Remove filter and filter holder. (one screw).
remove tube from valve by removing plastic C clip. Push plastic ring towards the valve and pull out tube at same time.
With the tube free, remove filter, then mount screw to remove the inside filter holder. When it is out, pull the tube doing the same process as the lower end. Pull tube out and replace with new one putting everything back in reverse order.
Before placing tube holders back on, turn on water to check for leaks.
After turning water back on and plugging in power, push refer back into place.
While I was there, I also replaced the hose from the wall to the refer.

After watching a few iTunes videos I was able to order the light switch from part select and within a week I had the new switch. I had a little trouble getting the switch out. I used a flat screw driver and taped around the edge to keep from damaging the wall inside. I found the clip on the right side and had to use some force to get it p ... I ordered the part from Partselect, received it two days later, installation couldn’t be easier, remove two screws from the hinge and slide the old part out, remember to unhook the electric line. To install just do it in the opposite order.

When I sent an email about this and asked for a replacement, I was told I would need to send it back. I wrote back and reiterated that the glass was shattered and did they really want me to send it back. I again said just send me the replacement. Instead I got a response that sending it back was not necessary but that I would receive a re ... Read more fund and would need to reorder the part again. The part was $47.91 when I first purchased it. Now to reorder it is $54.98. I saved it in my shopping cart so I can shop around before purchasing this again. I am disgusted that I need to go through this again and now at a higher price. I have more parts to order but am reconsidering do so.
