79094120400 Kenmore Range - Instructions

I replaced the bulb using my hands to twist the bulb in the socket located at the top of the refrigerator.

Watched the repair video on your web site. Used the video as a step by step guide in the actual repair.

Removed two screws that are attached to handle then removed four screws from bottom edge of oven door. I was then able to remove the outer door glass,this gave me access to the three inner glasses. Husband very ill in bed. It's up to me!! Got a new bulb at HomeDepot and figured out how to get that wire 'thing' back in and the new glass cover installed. I DID IT!! WOW! I just pulled the old ones out of the sockets, cleaned underneath, and replaced with new ones. No-brainer.

The bulb has a plastic clear cover. That cover can just be carefully removed using a screwdriver. It's held in by a metal bracket. After you remove the cover. You'll just need to replace the bulb and then re-install the cover and bracket.

We removed the old part and replaced it then when warming the oven all of a sudden there was a loud noise and something went and so we called a repair man which I guess we should of done in the first place. Now he has ordered a part that cost 170 soo that is my story don't try to repair if you don't have experience.

removed the screws holding the front part of the door and from there worked my way, untill the third glass.

Very easy just had to pull the wire up that holds it secure.

Instructions couldn't be better or easier. As others have said pre-tap the holes and though it's not a must invest in a #1 square screwdriver bit. The perfect fit will save time on the job.

New ones fit perfectly. Take a minute to bend the frame straight. Then and I used oversize screws on the replacement parts as the drop had stripped out the screw holes of the frame.

Plugged the new one in and it worked.
I did search out Frigidaire parts and there are other types tha may or may not work. Calrod burners are not all that unusual. I went with the real thing.

I was getting an error code every time I turned my oven on. After a Google search I discovered it was a faulty oven temperature sensor. This website is awesome because it has a video showing how to install

I wanted the bracket for the oven heating element and received the bracket for the broiler.... part returned and now I am stumped about what my next move will be

Unplugged the element and the melted on pot. Plugged in the new element. I thought I might need a whole new cooktop but a new element was very easy to find online.
