removed the screws holding the front part of the door and from there worked my way, untill the third glass.
It took a couple hours, my first time,. Overall easy,

I looked up the problem on YouTube and it said it was the oven temperature probe was going out. So I ordered the probe and it was shipped out, received within two days. Took out a few screws on the back of the stove installed it, put it all back together and it’s working perfect.

I changed the temperature sensor and tried again. The stove again went on temp runaway and it was suggested to replace control board which is out of stock.
I will have to toss out this stove and buy new as you and no else has this part.

I was able to find the most common reason for my oven's symptom by searching online. I searched for the part I needed but was not confident that I would get the correct part until I looked on partselect.com. New ones fit perfectly. Take a minute to bend the frame straight. Then and I used oversize screws on the replacement parts as the drop had stripped out the screw holes of the frame.

Unplugged range; removed back cover; removed old oven probe. Installed new probe; replaced cover; connected power and turned on range - that simple. My only issue was probe was shipped in bubble rap and unit was slightly damaged (bent). Once straightened, the probe could be installed. Probe should have been shipped in sturdy cardboa ... removed screws from back cover then pulled elect. plug apart. removed screw pulled out probe installed new probe put cover back on very easy only problem was that it said that 88% of time would fix the problem. will this time it didn't work oven still over heating.

I pulled the oven away from the wall, unplugged the cord, removed the back panel then removed the screw from the old sensor.

I wanted the bracket for the oven heating element and received the bracket for the broiler.... part returned and now I am stumped about what my next move will be

Plugged the new one in and it worked.
I did search out Frigidaire parts and there are other types tha may or may not work. Calrod burners are not all that unusual. I went with the real thing.

Pulled oven away from cabinet area
Unplugged oven from wall outlet
Removed screws to free top panel from back of oven
Removed screws to free lower panel from back of oven
Probe backing was now exposed
Unplugged probe from connector
Removed one screw from probe housing
Twisted probe housing counterclock ... Read more wise then pulled probe out
Reversed the process to install probe
Plugged probe into connector
Reversed the panel removal process
Plugged oven back in to wall outlet
Turned on oven and tested with no further issue

Unplugged the element and the melted on pot. Plugged in the new element. I thought I might need a whole new cooktop but a new element was very easy to find online.

I unplugged the damaged unit and plugged in the new one.
