First I unplugged the element that wasn't working and switched it with one that was to confirm that it was the burner element, and not the cooktop wiring, that was the problem. I had to replace the clock /power panel on the stove. It did not come with a face oover. Both installations were fairly east once the problem was diagnosed. The control part did not show a face plate not included, or needed. I had to reorder the overlay . The job came out perfect and my stove looks like new again.

I just plugged it into the receptacle on the stovetop and turned the thing on, and it worked! I'd been without the 4th burner for quite some time. Nice to have it back!

Unplugged range and cut wires on existing burner plug. Connected the replacement plug with the provided wire-nuts. Secured with provided shrink-wrap. Reattached burner plug to to range top, and plugged in the burner coil. Presto.

Pull stove out to get behind it,unplug temperature probe plug. Remove temp probe from oven by removing the screw holding it in place on back of oven. Cut plug off temp probe unit leaving as much lead wire as possible on plug end. Strip wires on new probe and end of plug wires(one quarter inch). Then I used two small butt connectors to joi ... Two small wire 'nuts' may also be used as the connections are outside the oven and not exposed to the heat of the oven while it is in operation. Really a no brainer, but I do have to say that PartSelect customer service is excellent. My part was located and on it's way within a day and arrived a couple of days later.

Instructions included with terminal block assembly. Toughest part was to strip the insulator off of the old wires on the stove. I was originally going to just purchase one but after looking at the other terminal blocks and seeing the burnt insulation and some of the wire strands, I just replaced all 4. I actually watched Youtube while I was changing it. This video was not actually the same make up of my oven, even though the I typed in the model number. I manage to figure it any with the steps anyway. It was harder then I expected but not horrible. I think I did pretty well for a women. Patti

prepared the parts as directions displayed, removed the heating coils and popped the hood on the range, simple curcit 2 wires in to the main harness for each coil. snip, plug and twist add heat wrap to seal the new conections and done very simple fix saved me buying another oven....for now

Easy as 1-2-3

1. Remove the old Trim by opening the door and unscrewing the two top screws holding the trim and glass to the door. 2. Lift the trim piece off of the glass, being careful as the glass will be a bit loose, and unscrew the handle from the trim piece, discard those two screws. 3. Place the new trim piece on the glass so that it fits snugly. ... Read more 4. Place the screws back through the holes on the inside of the door, through the new trim piece and attach them to the handle. 5. Tighten down snugly and close door. You are done!

Very simple repair. I received my part a few days after placing order; then installed it myself. Anyone can do this simple easy repair.

In just a few minutes the job was completed and the stove looks shiney and new. The shipment of the parts took only a few days-I was surprised at the quick service.

Replaced temp probe and checked OK. This model did not have a full back as the instructional video showed. No cover to remove at all. Only suggestion might be to include two wire nuts of proper size. Average wire nut would be too big. Fortunately, I happened to have a couple.

simple to unscrew the door handle from the inside, remove the broken trim, place new trim on, clamp the door together, then screw the handle back on. Went well!
