take broiler oven door off. replaced the wire clip on one side of the two wire harness. on the other side, I clipped the other wire, used the wire sripper too strip each side of the wires and used the ceramic wire nut that came with the kit. My existing igniter glowed but the oven still did not light. I determined it was too weak to activate the gas valve so I replaced it. Simple fix, four screws, wire nutted the two leads. Fired right up, took about 30 minutes to replace.
