Took a phillips head screwdriver and took out the two screws. Lifted off small plate securing screws, pulled lightly and wiggled the element out and popped the new one in. Total time 7 minutes - yes we timed it!!! Fast delivery too!!!

First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires.
Then reverse the process and bingo ...done

my wife took the old element out i used a screw driver to remove it...i then ordered the new part using this web site...i then let my wife install the new element she then attatched the wires she used her fingers to tighten the bolt....and she is very very impressed with herself.

Turned off circuit breaker for oven. Unscrewed the 2 screws that held the element in place on the back wall of the oven. Save those screws! Pulled the element out from the wall. I read other repair stories before I completed the instillation and let me tell you that in it's self was a great help.

Very easy to install two screws in the front but you must first remove the wires behind the oven otherwise you may damage the wires by pulling them through.

Now I know why everyone said "less than 15 mins" for installation time...because "less than 5 min" wasn't an option! First I unpluged the stove, then I removed the two screws that hold the heat element in place. Then I pulled the heat element out a couple of inches and disconnected the two wires.
I just plugged in the new element wires, pushed the element in place and replaced the screws.
It only took about 10 minutes at the most.

Turn off the power, removed the two screw (needed a wrench to help turn screw driver at first). Pulled the element forward to expose the wire connectors. Removed connectors from the old element. iInstalled new element to the wire connectors (slide on), screwed plate back into oven. Turn on power and tested

Easy unplug appliance take racks out unscrew two screws gently pull out element unplug two wires put new one in reverse .

ordered new broiler pan

remove all element that is held with two screws and install the new one. easy fix! and a lot cheaper than a new stove!
