My son lifted up cooktop, unscrewed the front plate to gain access to old tube burners, removed and replaced with new parts.

Lifter the old items off and replaced them with the new ones.

The part that was ordered based on the shamanic wasn't the part that was needed for the repair. It was to short. I took the other screw for the other side and that screw was an inch longer than the screw that was ordered thru your company. When I ordered the part from your company most of the parts did not have a photo of the part on file, or a description like how long the part is. I still ordered it because it should fit the make and model number that was posted on the shamanic that was showed to me on line.

Remove the old tubes. Lift the lid NO MORE THAN FOUR INCHES. !!!!! Feel for the connections on the switch ends and attach losely. Carefully ( with some slight bending ) attach tubes to the burners. Tighten all connections. Do not over tighten.

Removed screws to back plate, unplugged, removed controller and installed new.

Turned the wire protector to the side. Turned out the old bulb and replaced it with the new. Turned the wire protector back in place and I'm like new.

Removed the back panel. Removed the electronic control board, four screws. Four electrical posts didn't match up exactly, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out because of labeling.

Lifted both pieces off and placed the new ones on,turned on the burner and it worked as it should.

No repair needed, just replaced parts. But the real story is that I ordered 6 parts and they came in 2 days. Five came correctly - one was wrong. One five minute phone call and the correct part came two days later. Never had such speed in delivery. And person I spoke with to correct the order was excellent. What a place to do business! ... Easily glide in.

Turned off circuit breaker, Then pulled out range, straight out and away from wall and cabinets. Layed braket on flooring and moved stove back in to make certain it aligned with range rear stands. Moved range back out, marked holes in braket, screwed in screws to anchor bracket. Pushed range back into placed against wall. Tried to |"til ... The whole process was very easy! I just got the model number and bought a new rack and silverware holder on,one. There was no assembly needed so I just popped them in and replaced the old ones! Very easy to do!

Could not have been simpler. Burner head dropped into place and was held in place by gravity. Not possible for part to go in incorrectly.
