Burner knobs were old and some settings had worn off.

Wrap first three fingers of right around old knob. Pull it off and throw in trash. Take new burner knob and slide it onto the stem. Repeat 3X, that is, once for each remaining burner knob. Time to complete job - 45 seconds. :-D

Filter was very old and falling apart.

The grease filter was 20+ yrs old and the mesh was falling of the frame. I was very pleased to find this replacement filter (the first filter I received was damaged....placed a call to PartSelect and have a new one the next day). Can't beat service like that!! Thank you, June Patten

Could not read numbers on the knobs

Simply pull off the old ones and replace with the new ones. Problem was finding the correct knobs with the double "s" shaft fitting.The item number indicated by the model number was incorrect.
