It's easy to know how to use a key. I didn't have a difficult part, I didn't have the model # because I had lost my key and the model # is inside. I was able to find the energy saving paper that came with it but it had four model #'s. I called a couple places and no could me. I pulled up Part Select on line and just thought I would giv ... Read more e them a try. I got a very nice person (Jeremy) He went thru every model that I had and three out of the four matched so he sent me a key and if it didn't work I could get my money back. I give him a A+ four taking that extra step, unlike the other places. Very satisfied!

Oh yea thanx to partselect it went great didnt get fisrtkey but when got the second key it worked great thanx partselect

Needed to remove both left and right broken (plastic) supports and reinsert the new parts. Not hard at all...worked like a charm!

pulled out freezer, went to floor,reached in next to compressor pulled off clip just like on the video.Pulled off old capacitator took off wire leads.Installed new one. Freezer runs great.Loaded it up with beef pork and venison. No problems.

it was great. I ordered the capacitor for my frigidaire frig and it arrived
in 3 days. plugged in the part to the compressor and my frig has been
working ever since. I spent 3 minutes ordering the part and 30 seconds
attaching it to the frig. Easy, very easy. saved myself a 75 dollar repair

thanks to all of the people who had the same problems I was able to make a quick fix on my fridge. I pulled the back cover off and found the compressor not kicking on so I replaced the start cap. and im back in bussiness.

Ordered freezer key friday afternoon received it saturday afternoon. Fast service

When I was moving the refrig. handles from one side to the other...I broke one of the mounts. It was SO easy to order from this place, and they ship IMMEDIATELY. Second time I have used them, and am VERY impressed.

I stuck the new stop-basket in the hole where it belonged.

We really didn t need to do a repair, we just ordered a freezer key that we didn t have. I must say the shipping was fast we received it the next day. It was worth the shipping charge. We will be ordering again. Great service.

I replaced the defrost timer,defrost thermostat,and run cap.as it turned out the compressor went bad. I dont know the model because but the time I got this review I replaced the refer with a knew one . two weeks living out of coolers was so much fun !!!!!!!!

Plugged in the new parts. No tools were required. Sears wanted to charge me $300 for the repair!

replaced controller start capacitor as per troubleshooting checklist. Was not the problem, then replace controller kit. seems to have resolved the problem.Temperature more constant. The problem with this refrig though in my opinion is that only one thermostat controls both the freezer compartment evap fan in freezercompartment also blows ... Read more cold air into refrigcomp. There is not very much control over both temps. Am in monitoring both compartments and hoping that freezer will keep things frozen

Not sure if it was the Controller or the run capacitor that went bad and took out the controller, so, purchased both an replaced both. Snapped of the wire retainer,unpluged the controller, used pliers and small screw driver to disconnect the controller, plugged wires into the new controller, plug the run capacitor into it ahd reinstalled, ...
