Socket set
Pull belt cover, 2 nuts
Remove tensioner, 1 nut
Slide old tensioner off and replace
Remove tensioner, 1 nut

1inch shaft and wheels have to be removed first.

Pliers, Socket set, Wrench set
Wheels had to be cut off of the axle in order to get to the seals. The center of wheel is 3in wide and axle isn't tappered on troy bilt pony model wheels where rusted on.
