1106008710 Kenmore Dryer - Instructions

Turned off power and pulled power plug from the wall. Removed the two screws at the lint screen. Raised the top to by depressing the top spring clips. Removed the two 5/16" screws from front top. Removed wiring clips from front panel. Set the front aside while I removed the two broken panel clips. Installed the two new panel clips. rei ... Read more nstalled the front panel by placing the front panel above the sides. Opened the front panel door and supported the drum while allowing the front panel to slide down onto the new front panel clips. Reinstalled the wiring clip. reinstalled the two 5/16 screws. Turned the drum to ensure that the felt seals and drive belt weere installed properly. Lowered the top and reinstalled the two screws at lint screen. Reinstalled power plug and turned on power. No rattles or squeeks!!!

My husband took the plastic cover off and took out old bulb and screwed in the new one. Then put the cover back on.

1. Unscrewed glass cover on bulb
2. Removed old bulb
3. Screwed in new bulb
4. Replaced glass cover
5. Mixed drink & baked cupcakes

I pulled down the wire around the glass cover. . . Released on end of the wire from its holder being careful to not let the glass cover drop. Unscrewed the bulb and replaced with replacement. Easy, easy.

I removed 2 screws to the lint trap, popped top of dryer with a flat screwdriver but did not remove it I just raised it and leaned it against the wall. I removed 2 screws from the top of the inside front panel,then I hooked the new cables to the springs that are on either side of the front panels at the top. I then pulled the panel forwar ... Read more d just enough to fit my hand and thread the cables through the holes that are on the front panel that lead to the door, I had already popped out 2 plastic caps that go inside the door on both sides.I then treaded the cables inside each hole and snapped the caps back on. Received the part the day after ordering. Appreciated the quick service and repair took less than a minute.

Neither the washer or the dryer of the stacked unit would start. The website suggested that one of the causes could be the thermostat. I ordered a replacement that arrived quickly. Swapping the part only took minutes, and it started just fine.

Took the back off the dryer. Disconnected the old thermostat and installed the new thermostat. Connected the back of dryer. Put in a load of clothes to dry and the clothes were dry on the first try. Works like a new dryer. Saved a lot of money not having to buy a new dryer when all I had to do was replace some old parts.

always unplug from outlet first, unscrewed the back off and pull off the wire from cycling thermostat ,take the two screw out that holding it in place and replace the new one .Very simple and easy. Thank you for the easy step by step video to complete this repair. James

ordered wrong limit switch had to reorder right switch and decided to replace the heater element as well. works fine now

My wife did the repair. Went on your website and watch the video on how to replace the switch and she was able to do it herself. I didn't mind at all. Saved $75.00 service charge.
