Like most have stated this is a simple job. Nut-driver and six screws (on mine). Less than ten minutes. Like someone else said the hardest part was unloading the door.

After disconnecting the electricity. I followed the instructions as indicated in the "HOW TO" article on the website. I used a steel putty knife and pried the light switch out of its retaining hole. I worked the right side the most since this is the side with the retaining clip. After I removed the switch I transferred the two electrical

I was quoted $212.00 by a service co. to make this repair. When I investigated online @ Part Select, they had all of the parts shown on schematics of each section of the refrigerator/freezer (side by side)with part numbers shown. It was easy to find the necessary parts. The cam kit came as a package for both doors and cost $12.00 plus ship

I removed the door (three screws on top). Flipped the door upside down, removed the cams, and replaced with the new ones and replaced the door. Now the door closes great. The only problem is that the door sort of "clunks" into place when I open or close it. I am not sure that I used the right cams. The drawing on the directions was n

I am a single female so the hardest part was lifting the door off and then trying to get it back on the hinge. I used the same bolts that were on the door so putting the new parts on was the easiest part. The slowest part was finding the right socket for the bolts and unscrewing the originals. Beats hiring a repair man.

The parts were delivered promptly. I ordered the kit assembly because I didn't know which part was the problem. Reading the remarks from other people's symptoms and solutions made the process much easier. I replaced both the upper and lower cams. Lubricated the cams and reinstalled the door.. Problem solved!!!!
