removed door,removed worn part and replaced with new.

I am a single female so the hardest part was lifting the door off and then trying to get it back on the hinge. I used the same bolts that were on the door so putting the new parts on was the easiest part. The slowest part was finding the right socket for the bolts and unscrewing the originals. Beats hiring a repair man.

I removed the door and replaced the door cams and reinstalled the door

Replaced the refrigerator and removed doors to put the old unit in the basement as an overflow fridge. Noticed the cams broken/worn/missing on bottom door hinges. Ordered parts. When parts arrived, installed them and fridge back in operation. Parts kit had screws with slightly different sized heads, and if you used the wrong ones to mount ... Read more the cams, there would be a clearance problem. There were no instructions with the parts to explain this. There also were a couple of plastic parts in the kit that were not used - no explanation given.

(1)Remove all items stored in the inner door. (2)Remove all the shelves from the inner door. (3) Remove the top hinge cover screw and remove rhe hinge cover. (4) Remove the upper hinge (5) lift the door out of the lower hinge bracket and lay flat on a table or counter top. (6) Swap out the old parts with the new parts. (6) reassemble.

The kit I recieved was perfect. All parts fit and where a perfect match. I will give you an A+ in handling my order and shocked by speed of your delivery.

I watched the video and then ordered the parts. My job was a little easier because the door was already tapped for a 10-32 bolt. Total time including set and tear down was less than an hour. Watching the video first made the job very simple.

Removed bad motor with socket set and pliers then removed the connectors from the old motor and soldered them on the new one. Then installed new motor. Works like new! Problem Solved! Easy fix!

My husband put in in, no problem and all is well. My husband is a mechanic for large machinery/motors so installation was no problem. Thanks, better than buying a new fridge!!!

Removed the old fan; cut the wire and spliced in the new fan and reassembled. A little over one hour. Refrig is working perfectly now with lower settings. It is definitely off much more than on now.

removed condenser fan -located behind refrigerator next to compressor, Not much clearance to work, there are 3 screws to remove from condensing motor,sounds easy but clearance is lacking to remove them ,(takes alot of PATIENCE).
