use kitchen knife to pry out. replaced switch assemble and pressed back into place. Could not have done this with out help from previous customers. Thanks

Make sure you order the right parts. The bar needs 2 caps so don't make the mistake of only ordering one. Once you push in the end caps into the retainer bar, gently insert bar into slots on door. Right parts will create a perfect fit.

I unplugged the capacitor which allowed access to the on/off relay. Unplugged the old broken one and plugged in the new one. All better.

Took out the old, cracked, crisper unit and removed the white trim piece on the handle so that we could re-use it on the new crisper unit (which, in spite of the $90+ price tag did not come with new trim). The whole thing took 3 minutes to do.

Not so good that was not the problem. Fan is not seized and all the lights work and display is not on but lights up as well. No start once plugged back in after 15 minutes of being unplugged. Nothing same no change.

The bar slipped right into a groove on each side and took less than 5 seconds.

I just popped out the old switch with a flat head screwdriver. Removed the connections and then installed new switch by reversing steps. Popped in back in and the light went on.

after finding out what could be the problem I order my part which I got around 3 days unboxed it and replaced it in the freezer component which I had already dismantled made note how I took it off and replaced it in the same way took about 25 to 30 minutes quite easy for me was grateful for the solution and proud of myself after replacing ... Was told capacitor was problem 90% of the time.Capacior was not the problem.Bad start relay.

Pried out old part with screwdriver. Unplugged. When new part came, just plugged it in and pushed the part into place.

You have, so far, ignored three emails in which I requested a refund for the part as well as the shipping both ways. Read more don't have any problem with the fact that you probably sent something you THOUGHT would work - my problem is that you seem to feel that it's my mistake, so shipping costs ought to be on me. I will continue trying to get this issue resolved, but I really hope you do print this on your website. I'm not certain why you have a customer service address when no customer service exists. I am very disappointed with this whole transaction.

Used the suggested problem list here to narrow down that the repair was most likely the run capacitor. Poped the new one in and I now have better control of my compartment ranges. I have a temperature gauge in each compartment. Check them every opening of the doors.

I ordered a new one waited for the new ones to come in once it did I took out the old ones and replaced them with the new ones. It was simple.
