Part #WP16123
If your clothes washer is leaking, it is likely that there could be an issue with one of the hoses. If the hoses are in working order, you should check the washers connecting the hose to your unit. Rubber washers are tasked with enhancing the seal between the hose and washer. A faulty or damaged washer will not be able to perform this properly, and water will be able to leak from the poor connection. This OEM part is sold individually, so make sure you order the quantity that is needed. The washer measures 1 1/16 inches x 5/8 inches.

Speed Nut – Part Number: WP486692

Speed Nut
Part #WP486692
The speed nut (also referred to as a condenser motor fan nut), fits onto the condenser fan motor. The motor for this fan turns on simultaneously with the evaporator and the compressor motors, so a malfunction in the condenser fan motor could cause your fridge to cycle on and off more frequently or run too warm, or too noisily. Make sure that the speed nut is properly attached and tight. Check the nut for any signs of wear or damage. If the nut is damaged and refuses to tighten, you should replace the part immediately. Remember to unplug your refrigerator before starting this repair.

If your ice maker is not producing ice, it could be due to a faulty, damaged, or broken drive gear. The ice maker drive gear attaches to the cam to turn the ice cube tray. Check the alignment of the drive gear and make sure the teeth are not stripped or broken. Also, check and clear anything that could be stopping the gear from turning properly. If there is damage to the gear it should be replaced. Before you start this repair, remember to disconnect the water and power to your unit.
