The pressure canner pressure regulator is constructed of high-quality metal, and includes two 5 pound rings and the regulator body. This item manages the pressure amount in the canner. No tools should be required for making the installation. The pressure canner pressure regulator is sold individually.

Genuine Presto replacement part, this item is sold individually. The 85707 Cooking/Canning Rack is placed in the bottom of the Pressure Canners shown below. It is above the bottom of the the pot approximately 1/4-1/2 inch. If it was laying flat on the bottom of the canning pot, the heat from the pot would cause the canning jars to break.
