Generator Ring Set- Piston This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement piston ring set that is specially designed for use with Honda engines that are commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. A worn or broken piston ring will allow combustion gases to escape the seal and enter the crankcase, causing low compression and a loss of power. If compression is reduced significantly, the engine will not run at all. These parts are made from high quality metal, note this ring set includes the total of five rings.

Generator Rod- Governor This is an OEM Honda part directly sourced from the manufacturer for use in small engines. The governor rod hooks to the governor arm. You may need a wrench and a set of pliers when replacing this part. This item may become broken or bent and will need to be replaced. It is made of metal and is available as an individual replacement part.

It is an authentic OEM sourced starter assembly, it is specially designed for use with Powermate generators. This is the mechanism that allows a user to pull-start the engine. Unfortunately, over time any of the components may wear out and begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. It is a complete assembly which includes the durable plastic housing, the starter pulley, the starter spring, and the pull rope with the grip. Please note, the hardware to secure it is sold separately.
