remote would not work

Ordered A/C remote. Upon arriving it would not work. Call company I ordered it from and explain situation. An email was sent explaining how to return item. (easily done) While talking to repair dept they suggested I purchase a new one (Using Discover) and the amount I paid for the old one would be processed through my Discover card from which I purchased it. Received new remote (works great) but as of this date I see no action taken by company re-imbursement when viewing my Discover account... Read more...
