Engine Valve Fuel Check The valve fuel check fits between the hose clamp and the grommet check valve. This is an authentic part from Husqvarna, Poulan, and Jonsered for use in zero turn lawn mowers. It is sold individually and is made out of plastic. A set of pliers and a socket set might be helpful during the installation of this part. This part may break and will need to be replaced.

Engine Regulator This is a geniune OEM part. The Briggs & Stratton, 10-16 amp voltage regulator is composed of metal, wiring and plastic parts. The regulator is compatible with many lawn and garden machines. This part is connected to the engine's terminals, and has been designed to manage the voltage in the device's electrical system. A screwdriver and a socket set are needed in making the removal and repair. It is recommended to refer to the manual and diagrams for repair instructions. This item is sold individually.

Engine Discharge Valve This is the discharge valve assembly for a variety of pumps. This OEM valve assembly does not come with the pump head, but features a retaining clip, spring, valve disc and valve bumper, all of which measure approximately 1-inch in diameter. Over time, valves can collect debris or corrode, and with normal wear and tear, they can get damaged, leak, or restrict the flow of fluid through the pump. If your pump is leaking on/around the discharge valve, or if the pump has higher pressure or a low flow rate, this discharge valve would be worth inspecting to see if it needs replacing. Replacing this assembly is easy and requires you to first power off the pump and disconnect the pump head and gasket. You can then remove the old assembly and install the new one. It is recommended that you replace the gasket at this juncture as well, but it is not mandatory. With the new assembly installed, reinstall the pump head and test your pump.

Engine Valve-fuel Shut Off This is an authentic OEM sourced part that is intended to be used with small engines from Briggs & Stratton and Toro. The shut-off valve attaches to the bottom of the fuel tank and is used to link the fuel line and to control the flow of fuel that goes to the engine. Engine Exhaust Valve This part is an OEM from Kohler. The exhaust valve (std.) is composed of high-quality metal, and is compatible with many small engines. This part is fitted into the cylinder head assembly. The charged fuel moves through the exhaust valve to the manifold. This item is sold individually. A wrench is often needed in making the repair.

Engine Valve-suction This suction valve, also known as a discharge valve, is sourced from the original equipment manufacturer for use in air compressors. It is responsible for ensuring that air is drawn into the cylinder when the piston moves downward. When the piston moves back up during the compression stroke, the suction valve closes to prevent the compressed air from flowing back into the suction line. It includes the valve spring, valve retainer, valve seat, and valve guard. Over time, the valve may wear out, become clogged with debris, or become damaged, leading to overheating, reduced power output, and low pressure. Begin the repair by disconnecting the compressor from the power source. Locate the suction valve in the pump head and remove the valve guard. Remove the valve seat and detach the suction valve and spring. Place the new valve components in the pump head and ensure they are securely fitted.
