Wagner Separating Oil It is an authentic item that supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with Wagner pumps. Lubrication is a must for any piston pump if you want your equipment to last. It is recommended to squirt some before each use, it is also may be a good idea to squirt a bit in the same spot before storing the unit away. Please note this four Oz. bottle of separating oil is sold individually.

Wagner Atomizer Valve-yellow (2 Pack) This is a genuine OEM approved replacement part designed for use with Wagner hand-held airless sprayers. It helps to break up the material into a fine spray. To maintain the best performance it is advised to replace the atomizer valve every 3 to 5 gallons. This item is made out of plastic with metal spring and it includes Two (2) valves per order. No tools are needed to replace this atomizer valve.

Wagner Container Seal The container seal is a genuine item that is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Wagner paint sprayers. It fits between the spray gun assembly and the suction tube. The seal is made of a thick Styrofoam and helps to keep the paint from leaking out of the spray gun. This item is sold individually.

Wagner Suction Tube Assembly-straight This suction tube is compatible with various makes and models of airless paint sprayers and is sold as an individual OEM part. It draws paint from the container/reservoir and delivers it to the sprayer for application. This tube has a built-in filter attached, to prevent dust, dirt, or debris from entering the sprayer system. When suction tubes become clogged/blocked, damaged, or lose their suction, they can become inoperable and will lose any and all function. It is recommended that you regularly inspect the tube for damage or clogs, and if you notice your sprayer leaking from connection points around the tube or inconsistent spray patterns and suction ability, the tube is likely needing replacement. To replace this tube within your paint sprayer assembly, disconnect your sprayer from power and relieve the pressure within the sprayer. Drain all paint from the sprayer and paint reservoir to avoid mess. Remove the old suction tube by unscrewing it and/or any securing hardware, and then install the new tube with the same process as before. With the new tube installed, perform a test run with the sprayer to ensure the suction tube works properly before using it normally.

Wagner Nozzle Seal This genuine OEM nozzle seal is a circular rubber gasket used to prevent paint leakages when using spray painters. It seals the area between the nozzle and spray painter body to maintain a steady flow of paint, consistent pressure, and prevent disruption to the atomization process. Over time, the nozzle seal can tear, wear out, or become loose, resulting in paint leakages, inconsistent spray patterns, and decreased pressure. You will need to disassemble the spray gun to access the seal. Once you have located it behind the nozzle, carefully remove it and clean the surrounding area to ensure a good fit for the new seal. Securely position the new seal behind the nozzle and reassemble the spray gun.

Wagner Suction Tube This is an original part from the Wagner manufacturer. The plastic suction tube is made for use with several paint sprayers. This item is secured to the spray gun assembly, sending paint through the device. The suction tube is sold individually. Please refer to specific manual for further repair instructions.

Wagner Suction Tube This suction tube is a genuine OEM part used in paint sprayers. It is located in the sprayer container where it is responsible for delivering paint to the sprayer nozzle/gun. The tube is made of plastic and measures approximately 5.5 inches in length. If the tube cracks, becomes clogged or dislodged, it will not be able to pull in or deliver paint, leading to inconsistent spray patterns. This is a simple repair that does not require the use of any tools. Simply twist the spray painter container off and pull out the old tube. Insert the new suction tube into the container and reassemble the spray painter.
